I am thinking of going to an exhibition at the Wellcome Foundation in London of art based on the Genome project. Their website (www.wellcome.ac.uk/en/1/misexhtwo.html) features one piece which seemed to consist of lots of ceramic diseased kidneys (they don't do themselves any favours, do they).... The main thing putting me off is that they have expunged my entry in their guest book, which while admittedly contained the words "vivisection" and "Satan" also contained the word "beauty". Guestbooks are meant to have drunken abuse scrawled in them - think of all those gothic churches with BOLLOCKS scribbled in the cider fuelled scrawl of eleven year olds...it seems to be rather off of them to just remove my entry like that.
