I am rather hungover. After the 3D space film (which was stunning), we went to The Plough, and now I feel ill. Given my state of health, it was rather ironic that the first website I stumbled across this morning (whilst groaning, drinking my tea and listening to the kids watching The Tweenies) is from Men's Health and includes a checklist of things a fit man can do...I've looked through the list and - well, to be frank it would appear that I am not exactly in all respects what they would term a fit man.
